No, all sales are final.
When will my piece arrive?
Each piece is shipped out within 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Please email us immediately if you need to adjust something with your order.
What if my piece is broken upon arrival?
Please email us (hello@crevettedesignstudio.com) with pictures and info about how the piece & the shipping box arrived.

How do I hang these in my window?
Each piece comes with hanging chain or cord so you can hang it from whatever type of hanging solution you'd like!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We offer ShopPay through our website, which can be used at checkout for qualifying clients.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently our glass pieces are only available in the United States.
