What's your return policy?

LINE DESIGNS: No returns are available at this time, as each design is created specifically for the client. Exchanges are available for store credit only, minus a restocking fee of 10% and shipping costs.

Must be exchanged within 2 weeks of receiving the design. All exchanges must be approved before beginning the item exchange/return for store credit.

CUSTOM: No returns or exchanges are available for these designs, as each piece is individually designed for the intended wearer.

What's your exchange policy?

All accepted designs be exchanged within 2 weeks of receiving the jewelry. All exchanges must be approved before beginning the item exchange or store credit process.

All exchanged or restocked jewelry must be unworn. Any items showing wear are liable for a refurbishing fee beyond the 10% restocking fee. If the damage is too significant, the exchange may be denied.

Once your jewelry is received and reviewed by our internal QA team, store credit or an exchange confirmation will be issued via email.

How does shipping work?

All items shipped from Crevette are insured and fully covered until they are delivered.

All shipping addresses will require confirmation via email before we are able to ship out, as we do require a signature for delivery.

Once an item ships, we are unable to adjust the shipping address withouta delivery delay, so please keep that in mind.

We highly recommend shipping to a nearby FedEx location as opposed to your home address to ensure the safety of your package.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

Please note not all jewelry is resizable and depends on the design of each piece. We offer one complimentary resizing per purchase, if design is resizable.

Any resizing beyond that is subject to a resizing fee. Please note that multiple resizings can affect the integrity of the gold and of the design.

If you are unsure of your size, please use a ring sizing tool or visit a local jeweler to confirm your size.

What if I need a repair?

Crevette offers a 6-month warranty on all jewelry designs which covers the cost of all repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase.

Please note that if, upon inspection, the designs show abnormal wear & tear due to lack of care, unexpected bending, or damage out of scope of expected wear, repairs may be performed at cost.

After the 6-month warranty has ended, we are happy to provide repairs at cost.

Please note that any work by another jewelry done on a Crevette design immediately voids the warranty and option for future repairs or resizing.

We highly suggest insuring your jewelry pieces to protect them against loss or theft.

To begin the repair process, please fill out our repair intake form and someone from our team will be in touch shortly!

Please note that shipping repair items back to Crevette is the responsibility of the client and not covered by Crevette. Be sure to add appropriate insurance when shipping your package.

What is your policy for custom projects?

Heirloom material is considered "higher risk" due to unsetting and resetting. Crevette will not be liable for any damage to heirloom or client stones or settings that may occur during the production process. 

Clients are required to pay a 50% deposit before any work (design, sourcing or CAD) commences, and 75% of the total project price if a stone is being sourced, once the stone is selected. The remainder of the amount is due at the time of completion.

Any changes beyond the initial complimentary round of changes to design and CAD will incur a fee. Once a piece has been approved to cast, changes cannot be submitted. If modifications are required beyond this point, they will be made at the expense of the client.

Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.

Clients are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees associated with project. Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Do you offer financing?
