We also break up our custom design projects so that you are invoiced in incremental amounts rather than one lump sum.

For example, after we meet with you, we'll send you an invoice for 50% nonrefundable deposit before any work (design, sourcing or CAD) commences.

If we are sourcing stones, we will send another invoice to bring the amount paid to 75% of the total project price once the stone(s) is selected.

The remainder of the project amount is due at the time of completion before we are able to ship out your project.

We offer statements of replacement for our custom designs through our insurer Jewelers Mutual, so that you can either sign up for your own policy or add it to your existing renters/home owners insurance policy to protect yourself against loss or theft.

All of our jewelry is shipped via 2-day insured shipping. We require a signature for delivery for extra security!
