What if I don’t know my or my recipient’s size?

If you aren't sure, we recommend visiting a local jeweler with an existing ring to be sized or simply ordering one of our ring sizing tools.
When will my design arrive?

Unless otherwise noted as “in stock”, this design is made to order. Please view the "Lead Time" tab above for more information for this specific design.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Please email us immediately if you need to adjust something with your order.
What is your exchange policy?

For wedding bands, stacking rings, and other fine jewelry, we offer exchanges available for store credit, minus a restocking fee of 10% and shipping costs.

For custom designs + engagement rings, we do not offer returns or exchanges of any kind due to the custom nature of the piece.

What if I need a different size?

Please note not all jewelry is resizable and depends on the design of each piece. We offer one complimentary resizing per purchase, if design is resizable.

Any resizing beyond that is subject to a resizing fee.

Please note that multiple resizings can affect the integrity of the gold and of the design.

If you are unsure of your size, please use a ring sizing tool or visit a local jeweler to confirm your size.
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer ShopPay through our website, which can be used at checkout for qualifying clients.

Please note that we cannot control ShopPay's financing options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping at checkout to select locations.
